This project is a prime example for showcasing Jönsson Entreprise capabilities to undertake and execute multi-discipline civil and mechanical contracts in-house.
Jönsson Entreprise’s has the inventory to carry out projects from conceptual to installation. Their skillset and proven track record have been refined to a very high standard with decades of engineering expertise and knowledge.
Being commissioned as the one-stop option for this project enabled Jönsson Entreprise to simultaneously and independently carry out all civil and mechanical works over a 6 month period. Jönsson Entreprise also provided support during station start up. This company has the resources and agility to locate anywhere in Denmark.

Compressor House Foundations:
Very complex series of embedded hold-down bolts
A high degree of accuracy required to fit compressor base frames
30-Ton compressors installed on foundations and covered for weather protection
Compressor House Building:
Erection of steel framework
All steelwork fabricated, transported and erected by Jönsson Entreprise
Gantry crane installed
Mechanical Package:
Installation of two new electrically driven reciprocating compressor packages at Aarhus Compressor station.
Works included fabrication & site installation of pipework, pipe supports, coalescer vessel, filter skids, oil coolers, lube oil pumps, tanks, silencer tanks, instrument air system, stairs, platforms access ways.
Onsite welding and painting.
Pipe spools were fabricated, hydro-tested and painted at the Aarhus branch, then transported to site and installed.
Provided commissioning support upon station start-up.
