DTU Space B330
New research building for DTU Space – B330

Jönsson Entreprise A/S is developing and constructing DTU Space's new research facilities for future space research. The new building – B330 – is being developed in close integrated collaboration with Artelia Danmark, CCO Arkitekter and DTU as the client. The starting point is sustainability, interdisciplinary, innovation and with a continuous focus on accommodating future space research in Denmark and Europe.

What are we building?

Jönsson Entreprise A/S is building DTU Space's new research building as a turnkey contract. The building is being developed in close collaboration with Artelia Danmark, who, together with CCO Arkitekter, are the turnkey consultants on the project.

The building focuses on minimizing the climate impact of the load-bearing structures, minimizing energy consumption in operation with a special focus on process energy, and design for dismantling and adaptation. Therefore, the building has also found its shape after variant analyses and by the entire team working closely together from the start.

Integrated collaboration model

The project is prepared and implemented from start to finish in a value-creating, close and binding collaboration between the general consultant, general contractor and client.

Novo Nordisk Soborg
Modernization of Novo Nordisk's office and kitchen facilities.

What are we building?

At Jönsson Entreprise A/S, we are in full swing modernizing Novo Nordisk's office headquarters at Østmarken in Søborg. The phase includes approximately 14,000 m² divided into basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors - as well as technical work on the roof.

We are renovating the office floors with a focus on upgrading the building's heating system and modernizing the interior facilities. An important part of the work is preserving and reusing as many of the existing materials as possible – both for sustainability and resource reasons.

At the same time, we are remodeling and expanding the kitchen and cafeteria area so that there is room for even more diners.

The renovation is taking place while the building is in operation on the upper floors. This places special demands on planning and coordination – and on consideration in the daily execution.

The customer says

We have worked with the construction company Jönsson Entreprise A/S on new construction of rental housing several times. It is our experience that their project department and craftsmen deliver a professional piece of work and we are happy with the cooperation. In terms of design, they have delivered competitive housing concepts, which we are already experiencing great demand for among our tenants during the implementation. I especially appreciate their responsibility and professional abilities to act solution-oriented during the construction process.
