We build on collaboration

Focus on collaboration and good craftsmanship

At Jönsson Entreprise A/S, we have placed a high value on collaboration since the beginning in 1962. It has primarily been about respect, about a proper tone of communication and about taking responsibility. And about listening to everyone.

We quickly realized that working like this makes a project better, more fun and more efficient for all parties.

In the early 10s, we started to systematize our approach. We measure, evaluate and follow up. And it has been shown that what we now call the collaborative model not only delivers better quality. We also do it more efficiently. So in the end, everyone saves money.

It is in our DNA to build on collaboration

What is collaboration? And why is it so important to us that we talk about it all the time? Everyone who works in the Jönsson Entreprise A/S has extensive experience in the construction industry, and many have tried to deal with a construction case where the fault had to be located. All parties look the other way, and no one wants to take responsibility and say “it’s my fault – I’ll fix it”.

Our collaboration model has helped eliminate these kinds of situations. Even though we measure and use systematics to constantly improve ourselves, it's actually not that damn complicated. It's about what we wrote at the very top of the page: Taking responsibility. Having respect for everyone and, not least, listening. But also about knowing that the farmhand, the caretaker or Henrik in issue 38, 2. tv is the key to making the dialogue and collaboration with the residents work. Making the entire construction process run better, and with fewer conflicts and less hassle.

It's in our DNA and our culture, and we've put it into a system. That's why it's no coincidence that we function well. Both in the public sector, which may require special considerations, and everywhere else we go.

We dare to be at the center of good cooperation

It all starts with thorough preparation. We interview key stakeholders such as the developer, consultant, operations manager and key residents. This uncovers the most important considerations, special wishes from stakeholders and specific local issues we need to be aware of.

The dialogue is then anchored in a strategy with clear guidelines and plans for everything. For example, a communication and alert plan, a plan for access to keys and processes for conflict management, accessibility and ongoing communication with residents. Having control over these elements means that we know how to act when a situation arises that requires us to solve a problem together.

We draw on the latest knowledge in communication. We rely on behavioral research and use nudging to promote desired behavior. This can be, for example, good dialogue between craftsmen and residents or small everyday things like getting residents to hand in their keys on time.

You can be sure that we go the extra mile to create a perfect experience when we renovate.

The position is clear…
Collaboration works!

It's like a well-oiled machine to make the collaboration work together, and we work to improve our processes every single day.

So if you choose us for your next renovation project, we guarantee a smoother process, where everyone works towards a common goal, and where we all stand as winners when the project is completed.

The capital's and cooperation

We have made it our mission to build on collaboration. We do this because we believe that a solution-oriented approach to                                                                  construction can eliminate many problems and miscommunication.

We have repeatedly seen that if we put ourselves at the center and use our resources on a positive and solution-oriented                                                                     approach to the projects, conflicts are reduced considerably.

This is not only beneficial for us, but also for the developer, advisor and residents.

We don't just talk about collaboration, we also measure it. Our collaboration measurements aim to uncover how collaboration works on various parameters, and we identify the development potential in collaboration so that together we can create the best                                                                                          possible construction process.
